Do you have a personal injury Claim?
A personal injury claim is a claim against someone else for an injury which you have suffered and believe is due to the actions, or neglect, of the person you are claiming against. Gray Magee Solicitors, specialise in personal injury claims in Northern Ireland. To have a successful claim you must be able to show fault on the part of another person. Your personal injury claim can match any of the categories above.
I have a personal injury claim, what’s next?
Firstly, Gray Magee Solicitors, will take your full details of the accident. Secondly, we will send a claim letter to the person/organisation you are claiming against. We inform them about your injury and why you hold them at fault. Usually after that there is a process of negotiation to see if it is possible to agree to settle your case without Court proceedings. However, if no agreement can be reached, proceedings can be issued to take your case to Court. If the matter is not settled then it will be taken in front of a judge. The judge will make a decision as to whether or not you are entitled to compensation for your personal injury claim. The judge will also decide how much that compensation is to be. We always try to claim the maximum amount of compensation for you, that you can successfully recover in each case.
